3M's 800rks 3M-Matic Tape Case Sealer can seal up to 10 cases per minute which automatically adjusts for case height and width. The 800rks requires both electrical power of 208/240VAC 3Phase and air pressure of 6.25 SCFM @ 85 PSIG. Compatible tape widths for the 800rks include 2 & 3 in.
The S-867 is a unique tape case sealer. It is design for non standard flap closure cases. The 3M-Matic S-867 applies up to 50 L shaped tape strips, called clips, to the edges of boxes and cases per minute. These clips are 4 1/2 in when applied and based on the design there is no maximum case dimensions to deal with. The S-867 is powered via air pressure.
At 40 cases per minute the 3M 80ab Tape Case Sealer is one of the higher speed choices in the 3M-Matic line. The 800ab provides manual adjustability of box size and handles boxes up to maximum size of 21 1/2 inches in width. Should be noted that this case sealer provides bottom seal only. The 800ab operates without the need for air pressure with power needs of 115VAC at 3.8A.
The 3M-Matic 800r Case Sealer is a semi-automatic case sealer that can adjust automatically for box width and height. As well, the 800r provides both top and bottom sealing with rates up to 20 case per minute. This machine utilizes both air pressure and electrical power to perform it's operations. Power requirements are 115VAC at 3.8A for the electrical and 3.75 SCFM @ 85 PSIG for air pressure.
At 40 case per minute, 3M's 200a Case Sealer is another of their high speed case sealers. The 200a utilizes a bottom belt drive system handles boxes up to 21. 1/2 in wide and 24 1/2 in height or 28 1/2 in height using changing the taping head or machine configuration. This 3M-Matic case sealer utilizes 115VAC electrical only with no need for air pressure. The 200a also provides the flexibility of using 2 or 3 in tape widths.
3M's 800af 3M-Matic Case Sealer is a manually adjustable fully automatic case sealer. The throughput on this unit can reach 40 case per minute and supports 2 & 3 in tape widths. Some of the 3M-Matic case sealers have maximum box length restrictions; the 800af has a maximum box length of 30 inches.
The 3M-Matic A20 Case Sealer is 3M's affordable solution to case sealing. Features both top and bottom sealing. Works with both 1 1/2 & 2 in tape widths and provides up to a sealing rate of 30 cases per minute. The a20 has a bottom belt drive system and can be manually adjusted for a variety of box sizes.
3M's a80 Tape Case Sealer provides seal rates as high as 30 boxes per minute. The A80 is side belt driven and can seal using 1 1/2 & 2 in tape widths. It utilizes 115VAC at 3.8A electrical power compared with electrical and pneumatic power of the a80f. the a80 is considered a manual in terms a box size adjustments and case flap forming.
With the 3M 7000a Pro Tape Case Sealer you get a highly effective machine with throughput of up to 40 boxes per minute and 2 to 3 in tape width compatibility. The 7000a Pro uses a top and belt drive system and requires only 115VAC electrical power for operations.
The 7000r Pro 3M-Matic Tape Case Sealer is 3M's Random Series of case sealers and is considered semi-automatic. It can automatically adjust for case height and width while sealing up to 24 boxes per minute. In addition, the 7000r Pro support 2 & 3 in tape widths. It utilizes both 115VAC electric and air pressure for it's operations.
3M designed the 8000a 3M-Matic Case Sealer to operate at up to 40 cases per minute and can utilize 2 & 3 in tape widths. The 8000a operates from a side belt drive system and offers manual adjustability. Like many of the manually adjustable case sealers the 8000a utilizes on 115VAC electric vs. electric and pneumatic pressure.
